Eight functions of green tea


1. Anti-aging

Green tea contains antioxidants that help anti-aging. Because the process of human metabolism, if peroxide, will produce a large number of free radicals, easy aging, but also hurt the cells. SOD (superoxide dismutase) is a free radical scavenger that can scavenge excess free radicals and prevent free radicals from damaging humans. Catechins in green tea can significantly increase the activity of SOD and scavenge free radicals.

3. Healthy blood lipids

The result of animal experiment indicates that tea catechins can lower plasma total cholesterol, free cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglyceride production, also can increase the high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Experiments on humans have shown that platelet aggregation and the incidence of atherosclerosis are reduced. Green tea contains flavonols, which have antioxidant properties, and prevent blood clots and platelet aggregation and reduce cardiovascular disease.
4. Reduce fat slimming

Green tea contains theophylline and caffeine, which can activate protein kinase and triglyceride lipase through many actions. In addition, it can reduce fat cell accumulation, so it can help you to lose weight.

5.Anti caries, clear halitosis

Green tea contains fluorine, in which catechins can inhibit the role of cariogenic bacteria. It can  reduce plaque and periodontitis. Tea contains tannic acid that has bactericidal effect. It not noly can prevent food scraps of bacteria breeding bacteria, but also effectively prevent bad breath.

6. Anti-cancer

Green tea has an inhibitory effect on certain cancers, but its principles are limited to the inference stage. To the occurrence of cancer prevention, more tea is bound to have its positive role in encouraging.

7. Whitening and anti UV effect

In animal studies, experts found that catechins in green tea were resistant to skin cancer caused by UV-B.


8. Improve indigestion

Recent studies showed that Green Tea can help improve indigestion, such as acute diarrhea caused by bacteria.
